SAM.gov itself is free to use. There is no government charge to obtain a Unique Entity ID, register, or maintain an entity registration. Any AFS fee is solely for optional administrative assistance.
Bid-submission administration
For an opportunity already selected by the client, AFS can organize the submission checklist, required forms, deadlines, and approved package, then coordinate delivery through the designated portal or method.

AFS does not select opportunities, guarantee eligibility or awards, write technical proposals unless separately agreed, set pricing, certify representations for the entity, or provide procurement or legal advice. The authorized entity representative remains responsible for all certifications and final content.
