Foreign qualification
When an entity formed in one jurisdiction has determined that it must register to do business in another, AFS can coordinate the foreign registration filing and supporting documents.
Withdrawal or termination
We assist with state filings used to withdraw a foreign registration or terminate or dissolve an entity, based on the approved course of action.
Revival or reinstatement
For entities that have lost good standing or become inactive, we coordinate the identified filings and supporting state requirements needed to seek reinstatement or revival.

- Outstanding report and state-fee coordination
- Submission and available status confirmation
